Outside Lagos deliveries takes 2-5 working days after payment confirmation.

Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing us among your many options. Please ensure to make all enquires about our mix if you don’t understand, our shoes are mixed stocks and we do not assure a particular design in your order.
Different unique designs and sizes are mixed; we share the carton content collectively, but trust us to give you a perfect and good selection.
For our bags, you can make your choice of colours and designs. We shall not be liable to any mistake from the customer ends; we shall not make refund based on quality.
All our products are carefully selected and undergone quality check.
Refund will be made in your next order if there is a factory error in your order but complain has to be made within 24 hours of you receiving your orders, so all orders should be checked immediately it's received.
Kindly note that after 24 hours and complain isn’t made, we will not be liable for refund.
Please kindly make payment immediately your bill is sent to you. If payment is not made within 15 minutes, kindly confirm availability WE DO NOT MAKE A REFUND. The customer will have to choose from available product.

If there is late delivery obviously from the logistics, Tife Fashion Store do not make refund on goods in transit. You can as well choose your preferred logistics.
